Dr. Gurinder Bedi has over 20 years of experience in Orthopedics and has been practicing in New Delhi for over 4 years since having come back from the UK where he was employed in the National Health Service, England for about 11 yrs. Prior to this, he has trained in New Delhi at the prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College & Associated Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan Hospital rated consistently as one of top 10 medical colleges in India. He has also worked at St. Stephens Hospital in New Delhi.
His current practice is very varied but at the same time attempting to attain perfection in every patient through attention to detail with due reference to the existing knowledge and latest evidence-based work in every disease and medical condition. This zeal is being powered by his extensive work in different fields in Orthopedics, working alongside acknowledged masters in their areas of expertise. It is a reflection of his training and current practice profile that allows him to confidently and competently manage all these Orthopedic problems.
His main area of interest is the Joint replacement: Hips/ Knees/ Shoulder & Elbow. He has also an extensive practice in Knee surgery including deformity correction and arthroscopy surgery. He is actively involved in managing complex trauma patients including patients with multiple injuries. His years of international exposure and work alongside many a doyen of Orthopedics have enabled him to treat many a conditions to a very high-class standard. The relationship with patients only starts with the initial clinic visit but essentially builds into a very deep understanding of the needs of the patient and understanding of the psychology and demands which are different in all patients. It is redefining Patient-Doctor relationship and taking it to a new level. In the words of a patient “I know my health is safe in Dr. Bedi’s hand’s”.
